Dr. Brandy Logan is a national motivational keynote speaker and systems leader in adult education, career and technical education (CTE), and workforce development. Her work is grounded in lived experience—having navigated homelessness, foster care, dropping out of high school, and becoming a low-income single mother before earning her GED and ultimately a doctorate. Today, she leads large-scale program design and implementation, building employer-driven training pathways, integrated CTE models, and braided funding strategies that serve youth and adults across education and workforce systems. Known for her ability to translate real experience into practical, scalable solutions, Dr. Logan helps agencies move beyond access to outcomes—designing pathways that are relevant, sustainable, and aligned to real opportunities.

Born and raised in the Southeast and now living and working in the Midwest, I bring a cross-regional lens to my work in adult education and workforce development. My experience across diverse state and regional systems has shaped my leadership style grounded in practicality, adaptability, and results. This breadth allows me to connect with audiences across political, geographic, and institutional lines. I am available for speaking engagements throughout the United States and abroad.
